PRE-ORDERS

When you order via our pre-order system, this guarantees your hat. It usually takes the team 40 days to make and prepare your hat for shipment. On occasion there are small delays and it can take up to 60 days for your hat to ship. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

ITEMS SHIP WHEN THEY'RE ALL IN STOCK

If you order items that are in stock now along with a pre-order item, all items in the order will ship together when they are all available. If you want to receive your in stock items during the normal delivery window, please place a separate order. If you accidentally ordered everything in one order, please reach out to our customer service department via email (help@twnty-two.com) and we will invoice you for shipping so we can send out your in stock items.
